Introduction
Fohr’s Content Review feature allows influencers to upload their content for approval before it goes live. This ensures the content aligns with your expectations and includes all requested CTAs, providing a streamlined review process for campaigns.
Quick notes before you dive in
- There is no limit to the number of users who can review content!
- Reviewing campaign content is now simpler than ever! Once content is uploaded, you’ll receive a notification from your Fohr team.
Training Materials

To Access
- Head to your campaign, click on Content and select Content Review.
- Open any items in the In Client Review section to view, comment, and provide feedback.
- Comments can be left instantly, and are visible to your Fohr and internal teams.
- Feedback can be added by clicking Reject and sharing media or caption feedback.
- When content is in Pending Changes your creators are updating their content.
- The process repeats until all feedback is implemented and the content is ready to go live!
Reviewing Content
- Rejecting Content:
- Select Reject if the content doesn’t meet requirements.
- Enter feedback related to the content or caption.
- This feedback is shared directly with the influencer, prompting them to upload revisions.
- Both Fohr Users and Brands can approve content directly in Content Review:
- Click the deliverable you want to review.
- Use the Status dropdown in the top right.
- Select Approved to finalize the approval.
- Rejecting Content:
- Select Reject if the content doesn’t meet requirements.
- Enter feedback related to the content or caption.
- This feedback is shared with the Fohr team who will synthesize and communicate with creators on your brands behalf.
- Both Fohr Users and Brands can approve content directly in Content Review:
- Click the deliverable you want to review.
- Use the Status dropdown in the top right.
- Select Approved to finalize the approval.
Round Two Review
- When influencers implement feedback, they’ll upload their deliverables for the next round of Content Review.
- Access the updated deliverables in the Content Review section.
- Review the submissions to confirm that all requested corrections have been made.
- This process continues until the content meets your expectations.

Downloading Raw Assets
- Raw assets can be downloaded after they are approved in a campaign.
- To download select “Content” from the navigation bar.
- Next select “Review”.
- Next select “Approved” in the sub nav bar.
- Any deliverable in “Approved” can be downloaded by selecting the download icon from the top right corner of the deliverable card.
- Please note, downloaded files will have the same resolution and size as the uploaded files.
